New traditional mature Halloumi “YIAYIA”

PETROU BROS, launch new Mature Halloumi, enriching the well-known product family “YIAYIA”.

Mature 100% sheep’s and goat’s Halloumi “YIAYIA’’, came to satisfy even more halloumi lovers. The new product, which is made from sheep, goat’s milk and mint, after being given its characteristic shape, is mature in brine for two months.

The product is available in vacuum packaging of variable weight and can be consumed as is, either as an accompaniment to watermelon, or grated on pasta, but also grilled or fried, accompanying each meal uniquely
