New products ALAMBRA and YIAYIA

Petrou Bros Dairy products Ltd, faithful to its promise and responding to the demanding nutritional needs of the modern consumer, enriches its range with four new items. To the already rich range of products “YIAYIA”, are added Trimma – Grated Anari cheese, Matured Sheep’s and Goat’s Kefalotyri and the traditional Rice Pudding . At the same time, the company expands its range of vegetable drinks with the new Soy Drink ALAMBRA.

Trimma – Grated Anari cheese, comes to be a dynamic part of the variety of grated cheese products range of the company. The traditional dry anari is now available grated, in a special package of 200gr.

In the current product range of “YIAYIA” products, is also added the sheep’s and goat’s Kefalotyri  The new Kefalotyri is matured for 6 months and is characterized by a rich spicy taste. Kefalotyri is pleasantly consumed in saganaki, appetizers or grated on pasta, while it is the ideal accompaniment for many varieties of wines. The cheese is available in a package of 250g in a special tray.

The traditional Vanilla-flavored Rice Pudding is the third addition to ‘’YIAYIA’’ brand product range. Healthy, nutritious and light, the traditional Rice Pudding “YIAYIA”, is a perfect dessert for every moment of the day and promises to satisfy many generations taste. The product is available in the practical package of 175gr.

Soy milk is also added in the current successful range of ALAMBRA Vegetable Drinks  -Milk alternatives range.  It’s a rich source of vitamins and calcium, while it contains low fat. In addition, it is ideal for people who do not consume lactose and gluten.
